THE INFLUENCE OF VILLAGE FUNDS, VILLAGE POTENTIAL, VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT, AND COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT ON THE UNEMPLOYMENT RATE IN SRAGEN REGENCY
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of village funds, village potential, village development, and community empowerment to unemployment rate in Sragen Regency. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population in the research is the people of Sragen Regency with conditions. Sampling obtained is 100 people with the determination of the slovin formula. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques, t test, and F test. The result of t test shows that village fund shows significance value 0.771 > 0.05 and village potential significance value 0.601 > 0.05, which means that both variables do not significantly affect unemployment. Meanwhile, village development has a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05 and village empowerment has a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, thus the variables of village development and community empowerment have an influence on unemployment in Sragen Regency.
