THE EFFECT OF MANAGEMENT CONTROL ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT AT CV KINANTA JAYA

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of management control on employee performance at CV Kinanta Jaya. This study uses quantitative research methods with primary data and the population is local company employees, for the data analysis method using multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests and R2 tests. Employee performance is very important for a company or organisation, as for the test results that management control has a positive effect on employee performance with the results of the significance test (t test) of 0.001 <0.05.
